Upon entering a new market, RENERGIE concludes partnerships with local planning or development companies from the renewables sector. After incorporation of the national Holding Company, the individual project companies are coordinated by it.

In the case of projects in Austria and in markets where the national Holding Companies have not been established yet, RENERGIE holds a direct interest in the project companies.

The subsidiary company in Germany - RENERGIE green solutions GmbH - pools the activity with the main focus of biogas in Germany.
